Musical Training: At the Eastman School of Music, Shulman studied jazz improvisation with Chuck Mangione and Marian McPartland, arranging with Raymond Wright and orchestration with Donald Hunsberger, while getting a B.A. in music and Psychology at the University of Rochester. He continued studies in jazz with Frank Foster while getting his Masters in musical composition a the State University of NY at Buffalo...

My most important training, however, has been the experience of playing, recording, and composing in real life situations;

Current Projects: "Camelot Reawakened: A Vision Fulfilled", written for orchestra, piano, choir, and soloistd, is a symphonic journey of dreams coming true. The composition envisions a harmonious society at one with the land. This is music for a new paradigm - Camelot Reawakened - Heaven on Earth, to be released in August 2002.
